A list in minutes
Dictate it during prep, take it over from the last order or generate it from a recipe for a number of portions.
Compares your suppliers' prices, splits the order and shows what you saved.
A model month: the basket below × 8 orders. Not an average.
A PDF from the butcher, a spreadsheet from the wholesaler, an e-mail with a promotion and a phone call nobody wrote down. Comparing them by hand takes an hour — and you still compare packs, not prices.
Zeleto reads them in whatever format they came in and puts them into one table. Every price becomes a price per kilogram, litre or piece — only then does it compare.
You enter the shopping list the way you are used to. Comparing and splitting is our job.
By hand, by voice, from a recipe or by repeating the last order. The head chef dictates into a phone in the kitchen, not at a desk.
For every ingredient it finds your suppliers' offers, turns them into a price per kilogram and splits the order so you pay the least — delivery and minimum order included.
One order per supplier, by e-mail and into their account. The confirmation comes back to the app and confirmed prices are binding.
Delivery on Wednesday. The list is identical — only who delivers what changes, and delivery is already in the total. Switch it yourself.
A 10 kg carton for €8.90 is €0.89/kg; a 5 kg sack for €4.75 is €0.95/kg. If you need 2 kg, the “cheaper” carton costs you €4.15 more. Packs are bought whole — and the Zeleto basket counts what you actually pay.
Offers are still compared per kilogram — it is the only number that is comparable across packs. The basket pre-selects whatever costs you least.
Comparing prices is only the start. Zeleto runs the whole purchase — from the list through the order to what a portion on the plate costs you.
Dictate it during prep, take it over from the last order or generate it from a recipe for a number of portions.
Packs are not comparable numbers. When the supplier gives a net weight, it is used — and the price always says which one.
Prices negotiated for your company enter the comparison. No other restaurant and no other supplier sees them — not even in a summary.
From the prices you actually paid. When an ingredient has no price, Zeleto says so — it does not guess and never shows a number that is not true.
Only for ingredients you buy regularly, and only when the difference is above the threshold you set.
Every number on the home screen breaks down into items. Only delivered orders count — not promises.
The supplier confirms the whole order at once or item by item. What they do not have, they tick off; what they have differently, they propose. You accept or reject the proposal — and every change of state has a name and a time in the history.
A price enters the price history and the cost per portion only once the order is delivered — after any correction.
Not in an e-mail nobody opens. Zeleto is not a catalogue — it is where the restaurant orders, and your item is in the comparison exactly when the decision is on the table.
No commission on orders. You pay for access, not for turnover. The first ten suppliers in the pilot: six months free. Highlighting your range does not change the price ranking — that cannot be bought.
I want to join the pilotNo limit on users or orders. No commission — we do not pay suppliers and take no cut from them.
If within 30 days of your first payment you find Zeleto saves you neither money nor time, write to us and we refund the payment in full. No reason needed.
That is €30 a month. Compared with monthly you pay €228 less a year.
Prices exclude VAT. Your purchasing data stays yours — after cancelling you download it as CSV.
On a phone in the kitchen. On a computer in the office. At the supplier's warehouse.
Tell us how many suppliers you have and what you would like to solve. We answer within one working day — a person, not an autoresponder.
